Because every piece is made to order, we cannot accept change-of-mind returns or exchanges.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email us within 7 days of delivery with:

• Your order number
• Clear photos of the issue (item + packaging if relevant)

We’ll sort a replacement or refund once we confirm the fault or mismatch.
